Justin has 20 years of experience in IT, with nearly 10 years of it as an MSP professional. Through his initiative, ZephyrTek began its journey of delivering managed IT services and cybersecurity toolsets in 2024, with frustrated clients at his old MSP not liking the direction the company was headed as well as the regular complaints of lack of communication and response times to change products. With a commitment to doing his clients justice, Justin took them with him and continued the journey to become the main MSP in the Cincinnati area.
